How can I cancel my Sphere membership?
All our membership plans are change-anytime, cancel-anytime.
Please note: Removing the app from your phone doesn't cancel your membership or your account.
To cancel your paid membership:
- Open the Sphere App on your mobile phone
- Navigate to your settings (3 dots on the right bottom of your screen)
- Click 'Membership'
- And Select 'Cancel your membership'
To avoid auto-renewal for the following month:
Remember to cancel your membership before the start of your next billing cycle. Your billing cycle appears at the top of the Settings screen right under "Settings".
If you have any credits left in your account, they will not expire until 6 months after your cancellation date. You can read more about this policy here.
