Why do I have to put my credit card down if it's free?

We offer free initial consultations, where you can chat with every Guide in your Sphere. There is no limit to it. 

We value your time, and our Guide's time, so all session reservations are subject to our cancellation policy. And so we charge $25 for a no show or cancellation under 24h. We will never auto-enrol you into membership.
