What is Sphere's Session Reschedule Policy?

You can reschedule up to 24-hours before the session starts. In the app:

1. Go to Sessions 
2. Click on the session you want to reschedule
3. Update
4. Reschedule session

Pro tip: Keep your relationship with the Guide professional. Message your guide and let them know you're rescheduling the session.

Empowering the Coach-to-Client Relationship: If you need to reschedule within 24-hours of your session, please contact your coach directly in the app. They will be able to determine if they can accommodate your time change request. Ultimately, it's up to your coach if they want to honour your reschedule request on short notice.
