What is Sphere's cancellation policy when you miss a session?

If you are unable to make your session, please reschedule 24h before the session starts. And always message your Guide in the app. Please keep our cancellation and no-show policy in mind:

For the 15-minute, first-time sessions:

  • Cancellation fee: if you cancel a session within 24-hours of the start time, you will be charged a $25 fee.
  • No Show fee: if you miss your 15-minute, first-time session, you will be charged a $25 fee.

The fee will appear in your bank statement within 7 days after your booking.

For the full session:

  • Late cancellation fee: if you cancel a session within 24-hours of the start time, your credits will not be refunded.
  • No Show fee: if you miss a session, your credits will not be refunded.
