Why have I been charged $25?

You were charged $25 because:

• you didn't show up to a session or,
• you cancelled within 24-hours of a booked session

If you no-show or cancel without honouring our cancellation policy, we take measures to protect the time and energy of our Guides. As missed/no-show sessions impact the availability of our coaches and this is their livelihood. Respect and integrity are at the core of Sphere values 💪
