How can I pause my membership?
With Sphere, we want to offer you the most agile membership plans. You can pause your account and maintain access to your credits for up to 6 months after you pause.
To pause your paid membership:
- Open the Sphere App on your mobile phone
- Navigate to your settings (3 dots on the right bottom of your screen)
- Click 'Membership'
- And Select 'Cancel your membership'
To avoid auto-renewal for the following month:
Remember to pause your membership before the start of your next billing cycle. Your billing cycle appears at the top of the Settings screen right under "Settings".
If you have any credits left in your account, they will not expire until 6 months after your cancellation date. You can read more about this policy here.
