How do credits work?

Sphere uses a credit system. Our memberships give you credits that translate to coaching minutes.

1 credit equals 10 minutes of Guidance on Sphere. 

Our Guides offer 30, 60, 90 and 120-minute sessions.

Why? When you go to a fitness studio, you don’t think about how much your instructor is making. All you're concerned with is that you love that instructor and you’re getting fit. We want to replicate that same feeling in Sphere when it comes to your growth and your Guides.
