How to delete my Sphere account?

To delete your Sphere account, please follow the steps below:

1. Send an email to support@sphere.guide using the email associated with your Sphere account.
2. Request the deletion of your Sphere account in the email. This step is essential to verify your identity and protect your privacy.
3. We will send a confirmation email once your account has been successfully removed from Sphere. This process may take up to [insert timeframe] to complete.

If you're on iOS, you can also delete your account through the app:

1. Open the Sphere app on your mobile phone.
2. Go to Settings (three dots) located in the bottom right corner of the screen.
3. Scroll down and select "Delete my account." Confirm your action when prompted.

Please note: Once your account has been deleted, all your data, including chat history and sessions with the coach, will be permanently removed from Sphere's systems. This action cannot be undone. We recommend backing up any important information before proceeding with the deletion process.
